1) Enhance the career of Engineers from normal to exceptional one, by making them into a talented, skillful, confident and face anything individuals.
2) Arm the Engineers from normal colleges with tools and systems, so that they can compete fearlessly with those engineers from NIT, IIT and Foreign universities.
3) Guide the engineers to follow the financial discipline, become best money managers and attain financial freedom early in the career.
4) Guide engineers to lead a healthy life which factors in the work, body, mind, soul and happiness at all times.
5) Be a ladder to aspiring engineer to dream big and achieve the desired life in shortest possible time.

Journey for the Excellence of Engineers & Engineering
It was 1995, Like any Engineering graduate I was walking out of BITS Pilani as a proud student dreaming about future. The life took me to so many blue chip companies like Ashok Leyland, TATAs, DRDO, Eicher etc.,. With sheer hard work and determination I excelled in each of my assignments and moving ahead happily.
During these times I was working with 100s of engineers who were from normal engineering colleges. Salutes to their knowledge and hard work we together got so many projects executed. Those were unforgettable days of sweat and smiles, wherein I was building up my capabilities, skills and contacts with my fellow engineers.
Throughout this phase,, I found the engineers from normal engineering colleges were not happy and were not enjoying life as they should. Some were struck for years in particular posting, some were getting desperate for annual increments, some were waiting for ever eluding promotions, some were scared of changing jobs, some were even planning to quit engineering altogether and the problems are endless. As a empathetic colleague I have helped many of them to the best of my ability.
Destiny took me to more such engineers working in companies, engineers who wanted to start on their own and even to engineers who were running their own companies. All along the constant was personal fears and obstacles. One way, I am thankful that these engineers poured their heart out to me with their troubles.
It was in response to this, I decided that in addition my job for living, I should go a step further and find a way to solve the troubles and obstacles faced by my fellow engineers. Thus born my company INFINITE SOLUTIONS where we have mastered the art of providing ONE STOP SOLUTIONS to professional and career problems of the Automotive and Mechanical engineers.
At Infinite solutions we have categorized the issues and evolved systems to attend the obstacles at different levels. Using these systems, I was fortunate enough to guide 1000s of engineers to the path of excellence in the past. My journey moves on for the mission of helping minimum one lakh mechanical and automotive engineers continues with the help of Infinite solutions.
